1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website (rsapro.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Services Provided
RSA Liquor Professionals offers liquor licensing consultancy services and RMLV training courses.

3. Booking & Payments
– RMLV course bookings must be made online via our website.
– Payment is required at the time of booking. We use third-party payment processors and do not store payment details.
– Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course date are eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date may be eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future course at our discretion.
– RSA Liquor Professionals reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

5. Use of Website
You agree not to:
– Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
– Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
 – Copy or distribute website content without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSA Liquor Professionals is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.
